What does 24mm mean? The measurement is the band width: the distance in millimeters between the two lugs where the strap attaches to the watch case. A 24mm watch strap will only fit a watch with a 24mm lug to lug distance, so measure from the inside of one lug to the other before ordering.
Which watches have 24mm? A size for large watches, usually with a 44mm case or larger, such as sports, pilot and military watches. A strap that is too wide cannot fit between the lugs, and one that is too narrow leaves visible gaps.
