Terms of purchase

When purchasing, you have the right to a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the law on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises. You are responsible for the return cost. When the goods have been returned, you will be refunded within 14 days. The goods must not be used.

Shipping:
Watch straps and other goods are sent by letter unless otherwise stated or requested by the customer.

Delivery time:
We usually ship the day after payment is received. Delivery time is estimated at 3-5 weekdays within Sweden. A few more days when shipping to the rest of the Nordic countries. Weekends and public holidays may delay delivery.

Complaints :
If a watch strap or other item is defective or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable time and we will help you with how to proceed.
