Our return policy

If you are not satisfied with the products received, you can exchange it in any of the following ways:

Change

Send the item to us. Put a note in the envelope with your name and what you would like to exchange for. You can exchange the product for another one, or in the event that the exchange is due to a malfunction, it will be exchanged for a new product which will then be re-sent to you.

Return

If the product did not meet your expectations, you can return it and get your money back. Within 30 days of receiving the product, you can send the item to us. Put a note in the envelope with your name and that you want a refund. Send to the address:

Refund

Our goal is to process your return within 3 business days of receiving it at our warehouse. The amount will be refunded to you within 30 days of the return being processed. We will refund you via the payment method you chose when purchasing.
